Guiding you from plan to package

Product Strategy

To define what the consumer must ‘taste’ in your bag, we explore every aspect of your packaging requirements, including physical features, tactile functions, security measures, durability and reusability, formula-specific coatings, and symbolic status.

Design

Advising and/or designing your bag’s look includes testing artwork on multiple package concepts, then sampling them in mock situations to zero in on which approach works best.

Material Production

Thanks to extensive in-house production capabilities and strong strategic partnerships, we control every phase of the process. Working exclusively with the best raw material suppliers enables us to craft bags from a broad range of materials—from simple to complex film formulations— each with its unique combination of properties to meet specific product demand.

Product Sampling

We review the artwork with you, match and confirm PMS colors, and (when necessary) provide preproduction samples for real life testing. Utilizing state-of-the-art technology and sweating every detail ensures accurate image reproduction with photographic printing results.

Product Production

Finally, the film is converted into bags. Using the most advanced machinery with a range of bagging attachments, we produce innovative custom bags as multipurpose and multiuse solutions.

Warehousing and Shipping

Thanks to proprietary quality control and tracking systems, our warehousing option delivers the savings of bulk production; the access of on-demand shipping; and the flexibility of pay-as-you-use.
